Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons (Q4, major holidays) processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Where We Ship From

Products are fulfilled through Zendrop and ship from either a U.S. warehouse or our global fulfillment center depending on the product. Some items ship domestically within the US for faster delivery; others ship internationally from our overseas warehouse.

These are averages based on recent Zendrop shipping data (May 2026). Actual delivery may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Shipping to Turkey is not currently supported.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update after shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processing times.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
